Warm Stone Massage (Full-Body)

What it is: Smooth basalt stones are gently heated and used as an extension of the hands to melt through layers of muscle tension without “digging.”

Why it helps: Heat increases blood flow and tissue flexibility, so muscles soften, circulation improves, and your nervous system can downshift out of “fight or flight.”

Best for: Persistent neck/shoulder tightness, low-back stiffness, overall stress relief.

Cool Stone Face + Neck Refresh

What it is: Naturally cool marble stones glide over the face, scalp, and neck to reduce puffiness and calm overworked tissues (hello, screen time).

Why it helps: Cool temperatures support lymphatic flow, calm irritated tissues, and can soothe post-headache fatigue.

Best for: Sinus pressure, tired eyes, post-headache recovery, puffy face/cheeks.

Who shouldn’t get stone work?

Please avoid or check with your healthcare provider (and message me first) if you have:

  • Pregnancy: Hot/warm stones are contraindicated. Cool stones may be used safely with modifications.

  • Significantly reduced sensation or neuropathy

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or uncontrolled diabetes

  • Vascular disease / Raynaud’s phenomenon

  • Blood clotting disorders or use of anticoagulants

  • Fragile skin, open wounds, or sunburn

  • Active inflammation, infection, or acute migraine (cold may worsen vascular-type headaches)

  • Recent injury or within 6 weeks of major surgery

  • Cancer (unless cleared by your provider for heat/cold use)
